Have you ever wondered what your teacher’s childhood life was like? Here are a few teachers to learn about? Can you guess who’s who?

First up the third-grade team leader…..Ms. Cullagh!

Ms. Cullagh has two brothers,  Patrick and Brian. She did ballet for fifteen years! She grew up in Southbury, Connecticut. She had a pony named Pollyanna, a rooster named Georgie, a parakeet named Cutie, six chickens, a ferret named Calvin and three dogs named Mac, Scarlett and Shu Shu. Ms. Cullagh’s favorite grade growing up was third grade. Her favorite subject to learn were reading and writing. Her favorite color was blue, and it still is.

Next, we have Mrs. Leifert!

Mrs. Leifert has two sisters Lisa and Jennifer. She enjoyed playing softball. She grew up in Buffalo, New York.  She had two dogs named Aberdeen and Ginny, two cats Nashea and Tiger, and a bird named Tweetie. Her favorite grade before middle school was 4th grade. Last, her favorite subject to learn was English. Her favorite color was blue.

Now we have the 4th grade team leader, Mrs. Spedafino!

She has two brothers, Vic and Chris and she has one sister, Catherine.  Her favorite sport when she was younger was basketball, and she also played field hockey and softball.  She grew up in Mamaroneck. She had two dogs, Skipper and Bonnie. Her favorite subject to learn was English. Lastly, her favorite color was pink.

Next, we have the 5th-grade team leader Mrs. Combs!

She has one younger brother, David,  and one younger sister, Lisa. When she was younger she played softball. She grew up in New Rochelle, NY.  She had a black Cocker Spaniel named Specs. Her favorite grade before middle school was fourth grade. Her favorite subject was social studies. She didn’t like math at all but surprisingly now she loves to teach it. Lastly, her favorite color was purple, but now it is a grey-blue sort of color.

Last we have one of the special teachers….. it is Ms. Desio!

She has one sister named Kimberly. She played soccer, volleyball, basketball and did cross country (she wanted to play soccer in college but ended up playing basketball and it was her favorite sport.) Her favorite grade before middle school was third grade. Her favorite subjects were gym and health. Finally, her favorite color was baby blue, but now is like a grey-blue.
